The Prom

Prom Packages include pickup between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m., last drop off by 3 a.m., unless an extra hours fee is paid in advance. We suggest you book early in order to secure a vehicle for this evening. At Bedford Limousine & Sedan Service, we want your prom night to be filled with good times, happy memories and worry free. The following is part of our Minor Passenger Agreement for Limousine Service. This agreement must be signed by parent or guardian, and all minors to be transported for Prom Service. It is unlawful for a minor to possess or consume alcoholic beverages. There will be no alcoholic beverages transported in the passenger compartment or carried in the trunk, or any other locked compartment of the vehicle. There will be no other illegal substances transported in the passenger compartment, trunk or other compartment of the vehicle. Driver retains the right to examine all bags or parcels to be placed in the vehicle to determine if they contain alcohol or illegal substances. That if it is determined, at any time, that any passenger(s) are found to have in their possession, or have been at any time during the course of the service consuming alcohol or an illegal substance, the service shall be terminated, then and there. If termination results, all money shall be forfeited and a parent or guardian shall be notified. Driver shall retain the option of returning to point of pick-up or ending the service at the point of infraction. At no time during the course of the service will individuals not parties hereto be permitted access to or transportation in the vehicle or its compartments. Due to the high risk insurance factor, both the moon roof and divider windows will be rendered inoperable throughout the transportation services. Balance is due at commencement of trip. Extension charges collectible at end of trip. Passengers agreeing to these terms and accepting the services will make the return trip unless otherwise specified at commencement of the Adventure.
