As of this day, October 7, 1995, our family history has been traced to the meeting of William Bedford and Julia Thomas. They were married in Lexington, Kentucky in the year 1897.
The love from this union was blessed with ninetheen children of which twelve lived to bear children of their own.
The following is a record of the succeeding births as compiled by Elois Cobbins. I'd like to take this opportinity to thank Lois for her genuine concern and to congradulate her on her good memory and detailed research.
In the recorded information, each child of William and Julia Bedford is characterized by Romon numerals I, II, III, ...XIV. Each of their children are listed as grandchildren and are characterized by the number 1, 2, ...etc.
The offsprings are printed immediately following their parents, children of each parent is printed before going on to the next sibbling.
For the purpose of this document the word "spouse" is also defined as a parent (mother or father).
