Room Rates. The Resort
is pleased to extend to the Group the following rates (the "Meeting Rates") for
the period three days before through three days after the Meeting Dates pending
availability at the time the reservation is made:

WE WILL BE MAKING
INDIVIDUAL CALL IN RESERVATIONS:
Group guests must be secured by
a standard one-night deposit with a credit card to
guarantee a reservation. The standard deposit is calculated based upon one
night’s room rate plus room tax.Reservations must reach the Resort no later than
30days before the First Meeting Date.
Each reservation for which the required deposit has been received is
guaranteed for late arrival on the scheduled arrival date.
Deposits are refundable to the Individual Group Guest if notice of
cancellation is received by the Resort no later than
72 hours before the scheduled arrival
date. Each reservation is required
to hold a credit card on file or a $200 cash deposit at check-in for all
incidentals. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the first date reserved.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
A late-departure charge may apply for any room occupied after the checkout time.
Deposit Policy.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION GROUPS:

reservation, full prepay via credit card is optional.
The standard deposit is calculated based upon one night’s room rate plus
room tax. Final payment is due upon
arrival. A $50 credit card or $200
cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals.
Cancellation
Policy. Cancellations for
individual reservations must be made 72 hours before arrival in order to avoid
payment of a penalty in an amount equal to the cost of one night room and
applicable taxes. Deposits are refundable if you cancel within your 72 hour
cancellation window. Cancellations
for rooming list groups must be made 30 days prior to arrival to avoid one
night’s room and tax charge.
