I was born in Bessemer Alabama, in area called Sloss. I am the youngest of my siblings and more affectionally known as Pudden or Auntie. I am a member of Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Bessemer, Alabama, where I am a member of the choir and also active with the Women's Missionary Society. I am a member of Eastern Star and I am happily retired after 10 years of service with Bessemer Caraway Hospital System.

I was educated in the Bessemer School System, attending Dunbar High School, where I am an active member of the reunion committee. My hobbies are traveling and enjoying time with my family.

My advice that still holds true is "Don't take any wooden nickels" and you will always be able to weed out the real from the unreal.
