The following are the only reasons that we will issue a refund here at Love-Trace Inc.:

1) Technical Issues: We at love-Trace will make every effort to resolve the issue first. We base ourselves on our first class customer servies and we will make every attempt to resolve the technical issue first before we issues back money. We pride ourselves on putting the customer first.

2)  (A) Customer does not like the service: If you buy (1) Month there will be no refund that will be given. We will make sure that your auto renew is turned off so you will not have any more reoccurring charges from Love-Trace.

    (B) Customer buys (3) Months and only uses (1 or 2) Months. Remember a three month package is at a discounted rate. If you cancel we will charge you for the time you used at the regular rate.** The same goes for the (12) Month package we will charge you for the months used at the regular rate.

3) What if someone has compromised your security with your credit card: This is a serious issue and the management team at Love-Trace takes this very serious. There our some steps a person must take before they contact use. First make sure that it is not a family member that has done this first. Like a young adult in your home or a friend of the family. If one of these person that was just listed has compromised your security on your credit card you will need to talk to that person we will not offer any kind of a refund. But lets say a outsider, someone you do not know has committed this crime against you. We will help in getting the funds back to you. You will first need to contact the Financial Institution.*** Then at that point your Financial Institution will get in contact with use to get this matter taken care of.

4) If a credit is given please allow 7 to 14 working days for the money to be returned. This is the normal processing time for most business.
